Meet Dr. Joo Nho

Dr. Nho’s journey into dentistry began with a simple moment of compassion as a young volunteer at a school for children with hearing impairments, when she first witnessed how one dentist’s care could profoundly change a life. That experience became the foundation of her calling to practice dentistry not only with skill, but with heart. After graduating from Seoul National University College of Dentistry, Dr. Nho moved to the United States and earned her U.S. dental degree at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine. Along the way, she devoted herself to global volunteer work, providing dental care to underserved communities in the United States, Korea, Uganda, Guatemala, Cambodia, Mongolia, and Kyrgyzstan. These experiences continue to shape the way she treats every patient today. Today, Dr. Nho brings together world-class clinical training, thoughtful research, and a deeply personal approach to dentistry. Her philosophy is simple yet powerful: a great dentist must think with a cool head and care with a warm heart. It is this balance of knowledge, skill, and genuine compassion that defines every patient experience in her care.
